This wine has a wonderful aroma with some raspberry and oak. Flavors of strawberry and raspberry. A soft lingering finish, slightly peppery.

Excellent wine for pairing with most foods including lighter meats such as pork (ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin, etc), turkey or venison. Wonderful with grilled salmon. Great for Thanksgiving. We paired it with Duck Breast topped with a garlic mushroom sauce, lemon zest and served with roasted parsnip for a local restaurant event and it was superb.
