Chris Skellenger is an amazing singer-songwriter. Nobody has a voice that covers Neil Young songs like Skellenger does, and his version of “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” is not to be missed. Patrick Niemisto’s virtuosity on bass, guitar, mandolin, fiddle, and sometimes banjo has evolved in step with the humor, pathos, and poetry of his voice. The 2 of them have performed as part of the long-running “Chris & Pat Show,” playing acoustic instruments, two-part harmonies, and sing-along Americana tunes.
