Shipping & Returns
Due to state alcohol laws, we are unable to ship wine to every state. At this time, we are able to ship within Michigan and to Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Florida.
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery so please make sure an adult will be able to sign for your shipment. UPS will attempt delivery 3 consecutive days and, if there is not an adult to accept the delivery after the 3rd attempt, UPS will return it to us.
By Michigan law, we cannot accept returns on alcohol for exchange or refund unless the wine is demonstrably spoiled or contaminated or the container is damaged to the extent that the contents would likely be of an unsanitary nature or unfit for consumption. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of a spoiled or contaminated product. Once the wine is received, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact Jan Weber, our Tasting Room manager, at (231) 883-3383 for return instructions.
