TASTING NOTES
Medium sweet blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Muscat and Chardonnay has a beautiful floral bouquet with flavors of honeydew melon, pear and peach. Nice Finish. A very popular wine in our Tasting Room.
VINEYARD NOTES
All this wines varietals harvested at between 3.24 – 3.34 pH. Harvest brix between 18.4 and 19.9
WINEMAKER NOTES
Tried 20, 25 and 30 g/L Wine RS and 25 was optimal.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Pairs nicely with spicy cuisine, chocolate, dried fruits, nuts and a wide variety of both hard and soft cheese.
