TASTING NOTES
Our carbonated off-dry Riesling with pear aromas and flavors of melon and pear and a hint of grapefruit with a nice mouth-watering lingering finish. Estate grown. Technically 3% RS but tastes less sweet.

Hand harvested from Amore Rd Vineyard.
Food Pairings
A homerun with salty, fried foods. We paired it with a Fromager D’Affinois (French double creamy soft cheese on a cheese melt cracker) for our Sip and Savor Winery Association event and the pairing was fabulous. Also great with rich dishes.
