Both Whole Cluster and Direct pressed methods are used. The juice is left in contact with the skins for a specific amount of time (whch gives rose it’s pink color) determined by the winemaker. After this the grapes are pressed and the juice is moved to tank for fermentation. Stainless steel fermented. Minimal winemaking intervention – No added sugar, acid or color.
